The joy of dining here is unreal, the breakfast is fantastic, and the on-site restaurant serves up amazing dishes that satisfy even the pickiest eaters. Super attentive staff even went the extra mile to store our bags while we explored Lyon's vibrant dining scene!
While everything was great, the Comfort Double Room could've used a bit more space, and those sneaky corridor doors squeaked at night!

Thanks to courteous and pleasant staff I had an airy comfort room with views of garden. The location was marvellous and unbeatable for walking around Perrache. Moreover, it was close enough to the bus station, the centre of Lyon and river side.

It has very cool and fantastic staff on asking the receptionist let us know about the charges for this and modern facilities. The ambiance is quiet:)))

Yo, I loved how close this spot is to the train station-literally five minutes! Staff were super friendly. My room had everything I needed, but the bathroom needed some serious attention, like c'mon, mold?

Location near main portion of fairly large old down between the 2 rivers, has air-condition in all rooms, nearby 'piscine' is the public pool along the river Rhone, street parking (for fee except weekend hours) in front of hotel (easy during summer weekend) despite location of hotel in central location or there is a garage nearby for fee, beds were long enough in our standard (small as is typical) room while tall (180-195 cm)- beds are about 190 cm long ( a review that I had read almost made me not book this excellent location due to remark about 165 long beds, which I think cannot be true. The night receptionist was vey tall himself and would understand that a short bed would not work.
While it is understood that Breakfast is not the main meal in France- still some of the bread was offered stale and supply of full selection of the various viennoise varieties appeared to have been for the early risers. This can occur in any hotel, so not a reason to not revisit this location

The value for money was excellent, and it was a very comfortable room.
The WiFi was broken for the duration of my stay, which was pretty annoying, but probably wasn't entirely (if at all) the fault of the hotel. That was the only downside to the trip though.

Location near Lyon Perrache station is convenient for travelers. The rooms felt outdated and quite small.

Hotel was clean and comfortable, and in a quiet location. It is very near the Suchet tram stop.
The only downside was that the hotel is a bit far from the old town and shopping districts. You need to take the tram/metro or walk, both of which take 20-30 minutes. So maybe this hotel is more suitable for a business trip rather than a leisure break.

proximity to transportation, quiet neighborhood, diverse local dining options
Starting with the rooms-too small for two people!!! The air conditioning hardly cooled down. The furniture is outdated, and the lack of mini-bars in the rooms is disappointing!!! Better cleaning is needed too!!!

The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and really made an impact on my perception of the hotel. The room was very nice and clean too.

The staff is nice and cooperative, the rooms are always clean and they are well isolated againt external temperatures.
Several incidents occured during my stay in the hotel. First, the wifi service was not available for 5 days of the 13 nights I have spent, while free wifi access is a major markting argument of the hotel. The Director granted me a small reduction of Eur 17.5 over a bill of Eur 1070. He had even insinuated that I was proceeding to "abusive barganing" when I suggested that the reduction could have been larger. Second, one morning, there were no hot water, which is difficult to live with outside tempartures close to zero. Third, I did not find tissues in my room, quite starnge for a three stars hotel, and I had to ask at the reception. Fourth, the doors of the room are not well isolated and corridor noise could get in easily.

Would definitely recommend for a cursory stop
Clean room, friendly staff, with a convenient luggage storage service, made my short stay effortless as I explored the nearby transportation options to the city.
Not a single complaint.

We enjoyed airconditioned comfort during a warm run of summer weather. Our room was always made up clean and tidy each day and was of a size suitable for a couple with luggage. The reasonably close proximity to Perrache railway station and on to the shopping mall of Rue Victor Hugo and then Bellecour removed the need for a car. A very enjoyable stay was had in quiet and pleasant surroundings.
